Veronica Dagher dropped by Bold Biz to discuss The Wall Street Journal’s “Secrets of Wealthy Women” podcast. Dagher, the host of the show, says that she believes the podcast’s selling point is the unique approach that successful women take when it comes to wealth management.

Dagher said that “women look at their financial lives in a very holistic way so they think, not just dollars and cents, but they think about their careers and relationships.” As a result, Dagher says that her podcast gives successful, powerful women the opportunity to highlight both their career expertise and their personal stories. She told Bold Biz:

“The women we have on are very honest and tell their stories unvarnished. We hear about their divorces, their loss of children, their loss of businesses, financial difficulties. You’ll hear some really emotional, personal stories. So you’re gonna hear that and you’re gonna hear how they survived. You’re going to hear inspiration, but you’re also going to hear their saving and spending tips as well.”
