This recipe is probably the easiest 3 step elegant dessert you can make in 15 minutes. Chocolate dipped strawberries are fancy! Think a holiday gathering, bridal shower or date night dessert. The key to making this dessert gourmet lies in selecting a chocolate bar with enough cocoa butter and milk fat. We used Lindt’s A Touch of Sea Salt EXCELLENCE Bar but you could use any other premium brand of chocolate such as Godiva, Ghirardelli or your favorite local brand. The pistachios give the strawberries a festive finish but you could crush almonds, toast coconut or buttery toffee. Experiment and enjoy!
