On this segment of #AskOni with Oni Higgins, she answers questions about making lifestyle changes and skincare regimens for sensitive skin!
Q. Any lifestyle changes for this year I should look into?
A. I think that’s such a great question because typically in the new year, everyone wants to start off on the right foot. So whether that’s eating healthy, getting rid of all the junk, getting to the gym more, things we couldn’t really do in 2020 because that was such a transitional year. We were learning and going with the flow with the new norm. Now, we may be a little more settled into what things are looking like. So, it’s definitely time to get on that savings journey if that’s what you want to do. Get on your fitness journey and your health journey as well. Definitely apply everything you learned from last year into this year.
Q. What skincare regimen would you recommend for sensitive skin?
A. I’m not an aesthetician, so I can’t give medical advice. But what I personally use is a lot of natural products. So, whether that’s aloe vera, African black soap, vitamin C, things like that helped me a lot, but again, that’s something that you should definitely go to a dermatologist for to get that advice. I also love The Ordinary skin products. I think that helps a lot.
