Florida’s Congressional Candidate Talks Rural Economics

Judson Sapp believes it is his turn for a seat in Congress. He is a Congressional candidate for Florida’s 3rd District, and he comes into the Bold TV studio to discuss why this position would mean so much to him. Sapp has earned the opportunity in his own right. He ran before against the incumbent, but now that the seat is open, he believes that his opportunity has come and is looking to shake up the way things are done by being a businessman in the government arena.

It is Sapp’s Turn to Be Florida’s Congressional Candidate

Sapp runs a railroad construction company and believes that this offers him the opportunity to make a positive impact on Florida’s 3rd District. He wants to join the Congressional transportation committee and believes that committees are the true way of getting things done in Congress. The rural areas of Florida are getting left behind. They lack modern-day essentials such as high-speed internet and reliable transportation, and this is causing the population to seek other districts.

Sapp’s Experience Will Help Make a Change

From working in transportation, Sapp feels equipped to bring the rural 3rd District back into the 21st century. Developing the area is his number one priority so it can gain the same economic opportunity as some of the surrounding urban and suburban areas. During his first candidacy, Sapp was a bit of an unknown player. He was off the radar and facing someone with tons of experience in Congress. Now, he has gotten his name recognition up and is looking to be the candidate that the 3rd District has been looking for to modernize the area.
