Latest news

  • JLo and A-Rod have officially called it quits. The couple announced that their engagement is over. They put a pause on their relationship in March but finally agreed to completely part ways for good. According to E Online, JLo and A-Rod shared that they wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for one another, they would not be commenting further except to thank everyone who has sent them kind words and support.
  • In other celeb news, Pete Davidson has landed the lead role in the upcoming Joey Ramone biopic for STF Films and Netflix. The casting announcement was shared on the 20th anniversary of Ramone’s death, also known as the King of Punk. Recently, Davidson starred in a few projects such as “The King of Staten Island,” “Big Time Adolescence” and we can’t forget about SNL. His next upcoming project is “The Suicide Squad,” set to premiere on Aug. 6 of this year.
  • Speaking of Netflix, Colton Underwood is receiving his own reality series on the streaming service. The former bachelor alum – known as the virgin bachelor on season 23 of the ABC reality competition – recently came out to the world as gay and has been showered with love and support from his family and friends. There has been no word yet when Colton’s show will launch on Netflix. But Colton states that he’s the happiest and healthiest he’s ever been.
  • Here’s a little bit of Black girl magic, WWE held their flagship event, WrestleMania, where for the first time, two Black women, Sasha Banks and Bianca BelAir, had a championship match in the main event of the show. The two women got a standing ovation when the bell rang, and the emotion radiating through Raymond James Stadium was palpable. Bianca BelAir defeated Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in the critically acclaimed match.
