Being raised in an unstable, poverty-riddled family I had negative views about money and business. With today’s conversations around inequality and socialism, I understand the lure of rejecting the excesses and greed inherent in capitalism’s imperfections. Yet to paraphrase Winston Churchill, it’s the worst form of economic system, except for all the others we’ve tried. I believe the answer is ethical and inclusive capitalism that helps grow opportunities for people from all walks of life.
