Adobe AI Expert: AI is ‘Not Here to Take Our Jobs’; ‘It’s Going to Make Us Superhuman’

While some worry about a future where artificial intelligence is a huge part of our everyday lives, Chris Duffey is excited about it. The author and head of AI Innovation and Strategy at Adobe told Bold TV that AI is only going to enhance the human experience.

“AI is a personal assistant. It’s not here to take our jobs. It’s actually here to amplify us, up-level us,” Duffey said. “It’s going to make us superhuman…to allow us to do higher-level, critical thinking.”

He discussed Adobe’s work with AI and pointed to an example of an AI personal assistant who could learn personal affinities and preferences over time and apply them to a brand. “It can be suggestive in the creation process, which is quite profound, I think,” Duffey said.
