Start the weekend off right with Bold TV! Carrie Sheffield and Nomiki Konst will cover all the breaking headlines from the week including the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Donald Trump’s travel ban, to getting an inside look at the Tornillo Detention Center for immigrant children with Rep. Thomas Suozzi (D-N.Y.).
We are excited to have Rep. Suozzi share with us about his trip to the Tornillo Detention Center for minors in Tornillo, Texas. This past Saturday, the congressman traveled to Tornillo in a bipartisan delegation to examine the conditions of the immigration detention center. Other Members of Congress traveling with Rep. Suozzi include Reps. Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa), Stephanie Murphy (D-Fla.), Mike Coffman (R-Colo.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), and Kathleen Rice (D-N.Y.).
We will also be discussing the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Trump’s immigration ban with Allan Smith, Senior Politics Reporter at Business Insider, and Jack Crowe, Writer at National Review. Then we are thrilled to welcome back Joy Villa, singer, recording artist and friend of Bold! You may remember the infamous fashion statements she has made at the 2017 and 2018 Grammy Awards, wearing gowns which promote President Trump’s message, “Make America Great Again,” and her support for the Pro-Life movement. We are looking forward to hearing her thoughts on the Supreme Court ruling regulating California’s anti-abortion clinics, along with this week’s Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and Sarah Huckabee Sanders headlines!
Stay tuned for all of this and so much more! Join us on Facebook and Periscope at 10am ET tomorrow morning! Check out our guests here:
