Divorce lawyer Kelly Frawley joined Bold Life to discuss the high-profile divorce of Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos and how Millennials are handling issues like divorce. Frawley, a partner at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, said she’s seen “a strong uptick” in prenuptial agreements (also known as prenups) from Millennials, even if they have no savings or are in debt. Frawley said this is because a lot of her young clients say, “I was a child of a really messy divorce, and I just don’t want to have to deal with that.”
